Management Team



Arthur Combs, Ph.D., President, a former commodities broker, has been involved with disability affairs and the medical supply business since 1983.  He sits on the boards of directors of three prominent Bay Area disability non-profits.  He became Vice President of Western Rehab Solutions, a medical equipment company, in 1996 and co-founded Source Healthcare Systems in 1998.

Stacy Thompsen, MBA, Director of Web Production, is rare in that she has extensive experience in web production, programming, and home healthcare.  She has an MBA in Business Information Systems and previously managed third party billing and network administration for the Visiting Nurses Association of Santa Barbara.

Ken Creason, Senior Programmer, has designed and programmed the nuts and bolts of numerous websites in a variety of industries: biotech, wine, automobiles, shipping, and home healthcare.

Crawford Tuttle, MA, Vice President, served as the Deputy Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) from 1996-1999.  Mr. Tuttle was an Administration official in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in both the Bush Sr. and Clinton Administrations.  His professional relationships in Washington DC and the San Francisco Bay Area give him strong contacts in banking, real estate, law, political, financial, and business circles.

Bill McCullough, Executive Vice President, was co-founder and managing director of Berkeley Medical Supplies and Western Rehab Systems.  He successfully guided both companies to acquisition, by Shield Healthcare and Beverly Enterprises, respectively.
